Beginning therapy can be a meaningful step toward healing and growth. My goal is to provide a compassionate, safe, and non-judgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and accepted.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) at Karuna House under the supervision of Aisha Snyder, LPCC-S.
I work with teenagers and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I believe each person’s story is unique, and I strive to meet you where you are while helping you move toward greater understanding, resilience, and well-being.
I am EMDR-trained and incorporate evidence-based approaches tailored to each person’s individual needs and goals. Through a collaborative and supportive therapeutic relationship, we can work together to process challenges, build coping skills, and create meaningful change.
Prior to my counseling training, I have worked with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and stages of life. My experiences working with college students and senior citizens have shaped my belief that therapy should be empowering and tailored to your individual needs.
Outside of my work as a therapist, I enjoy spending time outdoors, traveling, and exploring new places. I am originally from England and have experienced the process of adapting to a new environment which has fostered my appreciation for change and connection. I have been a life-long competitive runner, an endeavor that has allowed me to value patience and consistency in pursuit of personal growth.
